Depending on where you are located, we will ship send all products with one of our partners. We work with DHL, DPD, UPS and Hermes. We try to provide the best options for our customers but as a small business, we are limited on what options we have at our disposal. If there is a preferred carrier you would like us to use, please contact us immediately once you have placed your order. We will try our best to accomodate.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We understand the excitement and anticipating that comes with every purchase, we're the same. That's why we aim to prepare and ship orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on the same business day when possible. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package and ensure delivery.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

We carefully pack all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a with damaged goods or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Address Changes

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately - we may be able to help if the order hasn't shipped yet.
